  • Acceptability of  technologies  based on their  cost-benefit  and  cost-
    effectiveness ratios

  • Utilization of specific health  care programs, including their real-world effectiveness and budgetary impact

  • Decision  analysis to support  effective health  care  provision  and  re- search & development
